Be Calm With Grace LLC provides digital products, online courses, virtual ceremonies, and downloadable content. Because these items are delivered electronically, traditional shipping does not apply. This policy explains how digital items are delivered and what to expect after purchasing.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive:
a. Instant Access (Most Products)
Access is typically delivered instantly through:
A confirmation email
A download link
A login link to your course portal (Go High Level)
Instructions for accessing your digital item
Please allow up to 10 minutes for emails to arrive.
If you do not see your email, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder.
2. Issues With Delivery
If your access email does not arrive within 15 minutes:

Provide your full name and the email you used at checkout
We will manually resend access within 24 hours
We are committed to making sure you receive your purchase promptly.
3. Live Online Events (Circles, Workshops, Attunements)
For scheduled virtual events, the access link (Zoom link) will be delivered:
Immediately after purchase
Or sent again 24–48 hours before the event
If you purchase close to the start time, your link will be emailed immediately.
4. No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital or virtual:
No physical items will be mailed
No shipping fees are charged
No shipping times apply
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for digital products are generally not offered, since access is delivered instantly.
However, accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues preventing access
Live events and attunements follow their own refund/cancellation policies (listed on each sales page).
